Shaz is a seasoned performer and drama workshop facilitator. She has experience in TIE, Physical Theatre, Children's Theatre, Community Theatre and Directing. Her specialist knowledge is in Mask, Storytelling and Improvisation.  As well as co-creator of South by SouthWest, Shaz also collaborates with Gloucestershire based theatre companies Blue Frog and The Colourful Theatre Company. Shaz, Sally and Tommy met on their MA Drama course at The University of South Wales and collaborated together throughout along with Rhys. As like minded individuals they decided to collaborate professionally and from there South by SouthWest Theatre Company was established.
